  • To establish Safety & Health Management System (SHMS) on site

Project Management
      • To resolve all technical and non-technical issues

Requirements:

Core Responsibilities

Tender Management

  • Review the tender specifications to ensure all measurements and quantities are accounted for to achieve realistic commercial value of each project.
  • Conduct call of quotations to invite approved / preferred / new subcontractors’ participation for competitive tenders.
  • Review CS, architectural and M&E drawings to ensure special requirements and annotations are taken into consideration and complete in the tenders.
  • Consult and align Construction team on the scope of tender submission; highlight and seek agreement on special requirements or unusual scope.
  • Communicate clearly on assumptions made during bill of quantities preparation.

Contract Management

  • Prepare contract documents for sign off by respective parties and ensure accuracy and completeness; follow through on project warranty approval.
  • Re-measure complete quantities (RC, archi, civil and precinct) with full sets of drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and evaluate actual project quotations from vendors, and submit for management’s approval.
  • Administer the issuance of LOI, LOA, letter of undertaking and work order to ensure formalization of engagement with receipt of respective architect’s instructions.
  • Administer project variation orders (VO) and submit the project final account for review.

Financial and Commercial Management

  • Manage the process of progressive subcontractors’ payment and finalization of subcontractors’ final account.
  • Monitor deduction for materials bought on behalf of subcontractors/suppliers.
  • Process all vendors’ payments and reconcile any discrepancies in due course.
  • Prepare for construction budget approval and review working budget twice a year.

Vendor Management

  • Update and maintain list of vendors.
  • Conduct pre-qualification for new vendors.
  • Negotiate with vendors on additional ad hoc site works.
  • Evaluate the performance of each vendor upon project completion.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying and Building or equivalent with 2 years relevant experiences in construction or equivalent
  • Process good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
  • Good communication and negotiable skill

Core responsibilities:

• Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation
• Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information
• Build-up, regularly update and enhance BIM objective, templates and object libraries for the Company.
• Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors
• Review Design Models and Fabrication Models and Drawings
• Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability
• Create construction and as built models
• Develop Virtual Mock up and 4D simulation
• Ensure Modelling Quality Control
• Follow the standards, work flows, settings and best practices that ensure delivery of high-quality consistent model and drawing output across the entire project.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
• Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Minimum 2 Years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards Development, Client Presentation and trouble shooting in related field.
• Familiar and well-versed in Archicad, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360
• Able to work in a team

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules
• Motivate and control workforce to perform assigned tasks effectively
• Enforce adherence to procedures, standards, and guidelines, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed
• Verify subcontractors execute work accurately according to approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and checklists
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with main contractors or consultants
• Implement and monitor work safety and environmental procedures on site
• Manage cost and quality control to minimize wastage and rework
• Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Civil & Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Possess relevant certificate (e.g NCCS, NITEC, or BCSS)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to understand and interpret drawings, details, etc
• Ability to register under BCA as trade supervisor/ foreman
• Able to work under stress and tight schedule
• Equipped with hands-on experience as added advantage
