M & E COORDINATOR

Core Responsibilities:

■ To interpret Construction drawings (Structural/Architectural/M & E)
■ To liaise with Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor on site
■ To schedule the M&E works from commencement till handing over of the project
■ To liaise with relevant authorities and consultants regarding M&E works
■ To assess the percentage of works monthly to verify on the M&E sub-con claim
■ Assist Quality Team to prepare Conquas 21 or Quality Mark

Minimum Educational Qualifications / Experience Required:

■ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering – Min. 3 year experience
■ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering – Min. 4 year experience
■ M & E coordinator certificate – Min. 5 year experience

Job Requirements:

■ Must be a team player
■ Preferably Singaporeans or PR
■ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD
